Description
Join us -- rain or shine -- on Thanksgiving Day for the Santa Rosa Turkey Trot! Once again, we will gather at Old Courthouse Square in Santa Rosa on the one day that it's totally quiet there. NEW COURSE in 2024! To accommodate all our runners, the course is now a flat figure eight that takes you through town, out onto the Prince Memorial Greenway and then home. As in past years, the race is split into three races, so we all can cheer each other on:
- The FAST Turkey 5k is a race designed for people who will finish in under 40 minutes. Fast! This race starts at 8am. Finish with the cheering crowd!
- The Festive 5k, is a race for the rest of us. This race starts at 8:40. Finish with a smile on your face!
- The TINY Turkey is a short run around the lawn at Old Courthouse Square. Finish with your family beaming at you!
The race start times are:
- The FAST Turkey 5k start at 8:00am
- The Festive 5k, starts at 8:40am
- The TINY Turkey starts at 9am
Santa Rosa Turkey Trot is a Scena Performance event. This event benefits the Redwood Empire Food Bank.
Bib/Shirt Pickup
You can pick up your shirt and bib at three different times:
- Tuesday, November 26 Fleet Feet Santa Rosa, 720 Third Street, Santa Rosa 10am - 5pm
- Wednesday, November 27 Fleet Feet Santa Rosa, 720 Third Street, Santa Rosa 10am - 5pm
- Thursday, November 28 6:30- 8:30am at the Start/Finish, Old Courthouse Square (directions - see our note about parking in Garage 12 on race morning.)
You're welcome to pickup for friends and family. Bring your post-race email to speed things up, but don't worry if you don't have it. We can take you however you are!
